Hello everyone,

I wanted to post a meditation technique that help me to actually get past my ego so that meditation was easier. When starting this routine it was easier to picture this image.

Walking up to this beautiful light I was then able to relax and release my fears and accepted the light as my guide. Saying a decree before you enter the light will help you to release those fears and give you the relaxation needed to meditate. Here is an example: "I AM a being of violet fire!
I AM the purity God desires!" You can always choose your own words, mine are usually "I am one with the violet light, I am the violet light. I allow the violet light to enter my spirit and cover me with all the blessings of the worlds. Once you have allowed and accepted the violet light it is time to enter the flame. This image is very useful while imagining what it would be like within the flame.

When you are within the flame the energies felt is amazing, for me I can hear the flames roaring next to my ears as the energy enters my body. This is the time to let your ego go and bask in the lights glory. No words are needed as you are truly within your god self, if you would like to talk with Saint Germain he is always there to listen. Saint Germain is known as the Lord of the Seventh Ray. Each time we pray to him, he brings us many gifts of the Spirit-his joy, diplomacy and creativity. He can inspire us with his innovations in science, literature, religion, government, philosophy, education, healing, alchemy and other fields.

Personally I like to ask Saint Germain to send his light to those in more need than myself. It is interesting when you ask him to help in such a way I can actually see his rays being sent in the direction the help is needed without even knowing the location until later. Once you are ready to ascend toward Saint Germain it is a brilliant experience. My experience was that of the earth creating a hill that I was standing on top of and it kept lifting me up to the sky, until I was level with him and we spoke. (not really sure if I was awake or sleeping at this point)

Everyone may have a different experience while working with the violet flame. To me it is very useful in letting go of those fears that most have when first attempting to meditate. For me meditating was so very difficult because my fears came forward so that my mind couldn't rest. The violet flame can help you rid yourself of those fears you only need to ask and they will be gone. Finally before leaving the flame ask Saint Germain to release you of all past, present, and future karmatic debit. Continue this routine until you feel you don't require help placing your ego aside or make it a natural part of your meditation routine. Meditating is most effective when you are comfortable and relaxed so if you are struggling to find that place within your minds eye this maybe the solution for you.

I would like to dedicate this post to Blue Lotus for her original post on the violet flame. Without it I would still be a lost soul THANK YOU.

Hmm interesting I should try this sometime.
I just don't feel for the "Saint Germain" thing :/ I don't know enough about him(to know that he is true) nor do I know what kind of energy he is.
So that's why I always steer away really, from any energy transfers with any "deity", avatar, certain archetypes and "ascended masters" and besides haven't we all transcended from religion that can steal your energy?. I don't know how I can truthfully know if they're real and if they really are the positive forces that people claim them to be.
I'd really love to hear some thoughts about this btw.

It really isn't about him the angle/avatar The violet Flame and The Tube of Light are energies there to protect your your energies from outside negative influences while purifying your energies.

I also never look at things this way before but if you watched the Dolores Cannon video she talks of the Source being surrounded by other souls that have made the journey of oneness to be near the Love the source gives off. I like to look at Saint Germain as one of those souls sent by the source to do his work. (to me it would be silly to think they get a free ride once they achieve oneness as we are all servants to the source).

Mainly though the reason I posted this thread was for those that have trouble with meditation. For me personally when I first started out I couldn't get all the bad images out of my head. (scary movies, bad things I've seen in real life, etc..) The violet flame is a peaceful picture in the minds eye to focus on when you are having trouble with such negative forces within your ego.

Please remember the thread is my own personal account of working with the flame you could have a totally different experience, it is just meant to be a guide for those that struggle like I use to. I really don't use this as much as I first did. (except last nights great intention The energy I felt was higher than last time after invoking the violet flame)

If you have any other question I will try to answer them to the best of my ability.

Thanks you made it very clear. I guess I'll just have to formulate my intentions in a specific way when working with higher vibrational souls for me personally to make it work. For example when I bless my food I ask "higher vibrational beings, ascended and not, positive to my cause, to bless this food as well". So I don't have to name anyone specific and I can't make the mistake of invoking something that I don't want to(or get fooled into giving energy to some force I don't want to give).

This is a very personal journey for all of us. It's wonderful to share our experiences on the Forum but unrealistic to expect all methods to suit everyone - we each can take what resonates with our own vibration and experiment and play at will. That's what is so good about this - the playground is there for all of us - we are all enjoying our own toys but our combined joy carries us along together. I visualise us all being in a huge kindergarten each absorbed in our own game but the joy, laughter and positivity combining together to create a glowing aura around us all to which we have all contributed.

St Germain is ok, honestly.
He is one who often sits with me, he, Jesus and El Morya are friends, buddies.
I call them the Terrible Trio lol.

And by calling on St Germain to help with the Silver/Violet Flame it makes the connection to it easier.
It's one of his jobs

I have sat in the chair of Maha Chohan.
It is not as important to assign names
to these beings as it is to understand

the energy. The colors are representations

Exactly it doesn't matter what road we take to reach oneness as long as you are on a path to get there.

I have met them in meditation a few times.
And one evening my soul sis and I went on msn and El Moyra went to her and St Germain to me.
We had a 4way convo going. was an awesome evening.

Oh the book I'm reading is from a group of teachers from the late 1800's I thought I read in the back of the book that there masters keep the same names even though the men themselves died... I could be wrong though. Talk about synchronises I'm reading about El Moyra and you have gotten the great opportunity to meet him in meditation

It was me confused hehehe

That post I posted with the brain and the hot water relates to these principles as well. All 7 of those "ascened masters" relate to the seven sacred planets as well as 7 spheres in the tree of life. Maybe reading that book will discuss the multiple body structures and centers.

My personal take on medicine. CONSIDER>

We all get sick becouse our body is trying to adapt to our surrounding.
IF we take medicine(Created by society) the change will not happen, but we will get better.

Now if everyone who takes medicine and everyone who doesent encounter a symtom i believe the person who does not take medicine will live becouse the immune system was left natural and not effected by fakeness.

Now if everyone gets the swime flu vacination and regular flue every year.
Whos to say that, that cause of all those years of medicine fighting it off this year could be stronger then medicine can fix. and it was only something you could adapt to or not.

I belive are minds need to tied to our hearts and nothing inbetween. If we are sick it is for a reason and if we die thats your destiny but if you grow immune you will become better in the long run.
